All the controls are built into the Speed Dial. Press to start, turn right to speed up, left to slow down and when done, a light press brings you to a gradual stop. The speed ranges from 1 - 7.45MPH.

My husband and I are so thrilled with our Walking Pad! We had renovated our basement and threw out our LifeFitness elliptical due to the sheer size and weight of it. In our 60s, with full time demanding jobs we often do not have the opportunity to walk outside, especially in the winter. I can binge my shows and burn fat at the same time. Thank you so very much!!
